Trancoso

Vimioso

At €210/m2, it is considered a very cheap region. Almeida is a municipality and a fortified village in Portugal’s Beira Interior Norte region and the Guarda District. There are around 1,300 residents in the actual town itself.

Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo

Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo is a city in the Guarda District of Portugal. It has a total area of 508.57 km2. Located in the Riba Coa, like the nearby municipalities of Almeida, Meda, Pinhel, and Sabugal. The cost of Real Estate is €204/m2 in Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo

Vila Flor

it is located in the southern part of the district of Bragança and is known locally as the Portuguese Capital of Olive Oil. It is situated in the Terra Quente Transmontana. In 2011, 6,697 people called this region home, covering 265,81 square kilometers.

Sernancelhe

Sernancelhe is one of the country’s municipalities in Portugal’s Viseu region. There are many hotels, restaurants, and expensive mansions in the area. For every square meter of Sernancelhe, you’ll pay €190 for a decent enough apartment.

The town of Fornos de Algodres, where the municipal government is located, is a historic gem with winding cobbled streets, quaint 19th-century architecture, and beautiful views of the upper Mondego river valley. 

It’s also where you can find the Serra da Estrela Mountains. In Fornos de Algodres, the average price of a square meter of real estate is €169.
